Easy to do Business! When you need us we'll be there to help.
We operate 7 days a week for your convenience. Window shopping at the Garden Center is the best way to get your ideas and information when designing and building your landscape projects! We have knowledgeable people that can answer questions.

For simple inquiries you can call us at 570-546-5305. If you call and don't get an answer right away it is because our policy is to help customers that have come to the Garden Center to shop. You will get the same attention when you visit, it is our promise! Feel free to leave a message and we'll return your call!
Some people love the in-person contact, some like the phone but if you prefer, you can send us an email. If you would llike a response be sure to include your name and a phone number where you can be reached.
You are important to us!

Our priority is to serve customers and our goal is to be open and available every day starting in the spring thru December 24. We are open MOST holidays such as Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Memorial Day and 4th of July. Our listed hours are an outline of our operating times.
Usually we are open earlier than listed and most of the time we stay later than listed (for example, our hours during summer often extend to dusk.) Please call us if you think we might be closed, many times we are working and open for business regardless of the posted hours. If you need to meet us outside of our set hours just call to make an appointment.
Only on a rare occasion the weather will change our plans and we will close early. Torrential rains, storms and flooding are the biggest threats mostly because of the dangers to customers (& employees.) And as we see it, only ducks like shopping in water up to their shins! (Do ducks have shins? I should Google that!) If you think we might close because of Mother Nature, guess again and call our office. If you show up at the Garden Center and we are not open, we always post a TEMPORARY closed notice. For your time, I apologize in advance should this ever happen to you! By the way- if it is raining we offer umbrellas for our customers while shopping! They'll be next to the door waiting for you.
We pride ourselves on service and if we aren't at the Garden Center when you need us please contact us to make arrangements to meet you during unscheduled operating hours. We'll make every effort to assist you at your convenience!

Chas, Skip & Team
Meet the Friendly Staff
Chas
Chas has been the Retail Manager for almost 30 years and can help you with nearly all of your inquiries. He works 7 days a week usually and is responsible for all of the ordering and keeping our garden center fully stocked.
Eli
He has worked for 3 years after joining us as a summer help employee. His willingness to learn helped him jump on our sales team. Eli likes to help plan landscapes for customers plus he will deliver and install plants if time permits outside of his regulary working schedule.

Donna
She operated her own landscape design and installation for decades and joined our team in 2016. She is our perennial expert and she shines every day when she helps customers. Donna manages the perrenials but also knows almost every annual available. If she cannot help you we will be suprised.
Tilly
Our hometown Tilly was raised here in Muncy and is a fantastic team player that can help you outside with your landscape trees and shrubs. She also helps inside occasionally and can also load stones and mulch using our kubota loader!
Brandy
Brandy is a planter designer and can create beautiful urns, window boxes, and customer flower pots. She works on special orders for all seasons.
Nate F.
After covid crushed his industry (he is a well educated and experienced Chef) he took a leap to join our team. He enjoys learning and he grasped a lot of knowledge when thrown into 2020, our busiest season ever. In 2023 Nate returned to the kitchen part time and works part time at the garden center too. He he is eager to help and lead you to the right choices.
Leslie
Leslie is a landscape designer and has over 20 years of retail managment. Customers always get a great deal of attention when speaking with Leslie about their needs. Leslie is very knowledgable about trees and shrubs and will give you excellent advice.
Nate R.
With 2 degrees from Penn College (Landscape Design Emphasis and Plant Production Emphasis), Nate works part time in the trees and shrubs. He is a caretaker and also a sales person that takes great pride in his work. He also owns and operates his own landscape company- check out his website.
Skip
Skip is part-time and works afternoons and weekends during the busiest times of the year. His full time job elsewhere has caused him to spend much less time at the garden center but he still loves it and will come to work at a minute's notice.
Ricky
Ricky works part time mostly on weekends and has a great eye for design and can lift most trees with one hand. If you haven't met Rick yet, you are in for a treat; he is a great customer service rep and will keep you laughing your entire visit.
Emily - retired
Emily keeps the retail center in shape helping with displays and customers needs. She has over 20 years experience in the greenhouse business and like Brandy she is great with annuals and perrenials.
